Description
The Tecnica Mach1 HV 120 Mens Ski Boots are the high volume version of Tecnica’s Mach1 platform, built for advanced skiers with wider feet who want serious performance without a punishing fit. Four-buckle traditional construction, a 103mm last, and the 120 flex deliver the response strong skiers want while leaving room for the foot to actually breathe.
Key Features
- 103mm High Volume last fits wider forefeet comfortably while still keeping the heel locked down
- 120 flex rating delivers advanced-level performance without going to a pro-level flex
- Custom Adaptive Shape (C.A.S.) shell and liner are fully customizable by our bootfitters for length, width, instep height, and pressure points
- Lift-Lock buckles and a 35mm power strap lock down the cuff for direct edge-to-edge response
- Quick Instep Construction and a wider boot board entry make these noticeably easier to step into than most performance boots

Boot Fitting & Sizing
Free Professional Boot Fitting
Every ski boot purchase at Aspen Ski and Board includes a professional boot fitting by our expert staff. We’ll assess your foot shape, skiing ability, and performance goals to find the right boot, then heat mold the liner for a custom fit. No appointment needed.
How to Find Your Size
Ski boot sizes are measured in Mondo Point (MP), which is your foot length in centimeters. A 27.5 mondo boot fits a roughly size 9.5 US men’s foot, but fit varies significantly by brand and last width. Always try boots on if possible – or call us at (614) 848-6600 and we’ll help you narrow it down. Learn more about boot fitting.
Flex Ratings Explained
Boot flex ratings run from about 60 (soft/beginner) to 130+ (stiff/expert). A softer flex is more forgiving and comfortable for beginners; a stiffer flex gives advanced skiers more power and response. Call us for a recommendation based on your level.
